REGISTRATION
- When registering for a course, full payment is due 30 days before the course. An electronic invoice will be sent, and payment can be made through the online portal on the invoice.
- If a student registers for a class anytime within the 30-day window before a class, payment will be made immediately, or arrangements will be made through Bishop One personnel.
- Please read the refund policy before registering for a course.
- All students’ LE credentials will be verified. The use of a government email obviously assists in this process. If an LE exception is needed, only a representative from Bishop One can approve it (but it’ll be rare).
- All Bishop One courses are for law enforcement personnel unless specified in the announcement or waived by Bishop One personnel. See above.
REFUND
- If a course is canceled by Bishop One, the student will receive a full refund.
- If a student cannot attend and provides notice at least 15 calendar days before the course, they will receive a 50% refund. If there is a waiting list and someone fills that spot, they will receive a 100% refund (we are not tyrants).
- Any refunds will be made to the original payment method or (if needed) by check minus a 25.00 fee.
- Any deviation from this policy can only be approved by Bishop One personnel after review.
- If Bishop One personnel remove a student from a class due to safety issues, there will be no refund, and any registration in future classes will only be approved after a thorough review.
MERCHANDISE
- If the merchandise is undamaged, unworn, and returned within 15 days of purchase, the item’s original cost will be refunded.
- If it is defective, we will replace it at no expense to the buyer. (We’re all family.)
- The refund will be issued using the original payment method.
